Return Policy and Refund

You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number from
us before returning any merchandise to TRADEROCK.COM Please
e-mail us at support@traderock.com and we
will contact you with an assigned RA number. Before you return
anything, please read our policy!
Return Shipment Policies:
Returns
other than damaged, defective or incorrect shipments cannot
be accepted
No returns are
accepted on special orders, items specially ordered from the
distributor or factory cannot be returned
DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT
ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this
policy may result in a 25% Returns Processing Service
Charge.
Defective product must be in original factory carton
with all original packing materials
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals,
accessories and cables must be included. If any of these
materials are missing, your account will be billed
accordingly.
Only UNOPENED
software packages will be accepted. No returns
after 10 days or on OPENED software packages.
(OPENED packages are those that the shrinkwrap has been
removed and/or the seal has been broken.)
The
Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label,
not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.Products
received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved
for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria,
will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are
good for ten (10) days only. Any products returned
after the expiration date will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an
inspection fee of at least $30, or 20% per unit, will be
billed to your account.

based on purchase price or current price, whichever is
lowest
Our return
policy is to make your shopping safe from us. If you get a
defective product as dead on arrival (DOA), we will replace
it.
